BIOGRAPHY [BACK] CRYSTAL CLEAR Playaz Recordings ~ UK I started DJing on South London pirate radio station Shadow Fm in the mid 90's under the "Decoy" moniker. Fast forward to the early noughties and I finally picked up the studio tools. A crash course on production was followed by hours spent teaching myself the do's and dont's of music production. A sharp learning curve, resulted in releases on Formation, Reformed, Sonix, Fix & Heavy Rotation soon after. Collaborations with Xample led to signings to Andy C's Ram & Frequency labels in the shape of "Heaven & Hell" & "Sister". In addition to this I also had music featured on both volume 2 and 3 of Andy C's "Nightlife" compilation. Signed exclusively to DJ Hype's Playaz Group of labels with releases on Ganja, Frontline and Jekyll & Hyde as well as the mighty Dubplate Killaz album. Involved in a number of collaborations and have formed Split Second with my Ganja label mate Prolix and am one half of the Smash Brothers with Rhythm Beater.
